We use it to understand your business, offer and brand. You can add notes, a script, your logo or other files if you want to, but they are not required. Choose your video preferences and we take care of the production. **How much does an explainer video cost?** For your first video, the watermarked preview and three revision rounds are free. No card is needed to request it. If you like the video, you keep it with a subscription: Starter includes 2 short videos or 1 explainer a month, Growth 8 short videos or 4 explainers. If you don’t like it, you pay nothing. Later videos are paid with the credits from your subscription; preview and revision rounds stay included. **How soon will my video be ready?** Your first reviewed, watermarked draft arrives within 24 hours after you submit your website link. You can then request the included revisions. The final delivery date depends on that feedback. We agree timelines for custom packages individually. **How is the video created?** We use your website and any optional notes to develop the story, narration and scenes. AI supports production, and our team checks the result before you see it. You review the watermarked video in the portal and decide whether you want changes or want to keep it. **Can I request changes?** Yes. Every video includes three revision rounds within the agreed brief and style. Leave feedback directly in the portal. Custom packages include the rounds we agree together. Any work beyond the included scope needs a separate agreement. **Can I use the video anywhere?** Once you keep the video, you can use it without a watermark on your website, social media, in ads, presentations and at trade shows, without time or geographical limits. The free watermarked preview is for review only. Included licensed music, fonts and other materials remain subject to their license terms and cannot be extracted for separate use. **Which languages can my video be in?** English or German. You choose the language in the brief. If you need the same video in both languages, let us know so we can agree on the second version and its scope with you. ## Learn more - [What is an explainer video?](https://caprivideo.com/blog/industries/en/what-is-an-explainer-video) - [How to choose an explainer video company](https://caprivideo.com/blog/industries/en/best-explainer-video-companies) - [How to make an explainer video](https://caprivideo.com/blog/industries/en/how-to-make-an-explainer-video) - [Guides](https://caprivideo.com/guides) - [Explainer videos by industry](https://caprivideo.com/industries) - [All articles (Markdown index)](https://caprivideo.com/blog/industries/index.md)
