Choose a few real services and show members where to begin. Show where the member begins and what happens next. Use the organization's real terminology and identify relevant conditions. Do not imply that every benefit is available in the same way to every membership type. ## Before writing the script Use the actual benefits, enrollment process and portal screens, along with the organization's approved positions. Check which terms your audience already knows and who will update the film when the program or process changes.
