They do not see what happens behind it. A freight company explainer video shows the path of a shipment and turns reliability into something visible. ![Warehouse aisle with stacked cardboard boxes](https://caprivideo.com/content/images/warehouse.jpg) *Illustrative stock photo: [Handi Boyz LLC / Pexels](https://www.pexels.com/photo/stacks-of-cardboard-boxes-5775099/). A map with stations makes the route easy to follow. Show where the customer sees the status and whom to reach if something changes. Special services such as hazardous goods or cold chain get their own section. ## What to bring to the brief Process description, service overview, tracking screens and contacts. Transit times apply only to specific lanes. Give them as an example or leave them out. ![Worker scanning inventory in a warehouse](https://caprivideo.com/content/images/scanner.jpg) *Illustrative stock photo: [Tiger Lily / Pexels](https://www.pexels.com/photo/photo-of-a-man-scanning-products-in-a-warehouse-4483942/). Ask customers where they find their shipment status. Liability and terms are in the contract. ## Related reading - [Show customers how your service works](https://caprivideo.com/guides/b2b-explainer-videos) - [Show where responsibility changes in fulfillment](https://caprivideo.com/industries/industrial-logistics/fulfillment-explainer-videos) ## Related pages - [Industry group: Industry & logistics](https://caprivideo.com/industries/industrial-logistics) - [A little more background: Show customers how your service works](https://caprivideo.com/guides/b2b-explainer-videos) - [Make complex aviation technology and processes visible](https://caprivideo.com/industries/industrial-logistics/aviation-explainer-videos): Show customers, partners and applicants how a component, a maintenance task or a service works. - [Explain boating services from charter to shipyard](https://caprivideo.com/industries/industrial-logistics/marine-industry-explainer-videos): Show customers how a charter, handover, maintenance job or new build runs and what they need to prepare. - [Show how access and protection work](https://caprivideo.com/industries/industrial-logistics/access-control-explainer-videos): Show planners and operators how bollards, barriers or gates operate, how they are controlled and what installation involves. - [Explain the bill, the plan and how to switch](https://caprivideo.com/industries/industrial-logistics/energy-provider-explainer-videos): Show customers how their bill is structured, how a rate plan works and how sign-up or moving house works. - [Show what moves through the machine](https://caprivideo.com/industries/industrial-logistics/machinery-animation): Use a cutaway to connect material input, the relevant station and output without inventing performance figures. - [Put the component back into the system](https://caprivideo.com/industries/industrial-logistics/industrial-component-animation): Locate the real product in a simplified assembly and explain the function that matters to the buyer. ## See your offer as a video We create a free watermarked video for your business from your website.
