# Explain security services without exposing the site

Clients need to understand how a security service works with them. They don't need a public tour of their own security arrangements. Use a fictional site to explain responsibilities and approved ways to communicate, keeping sensitive details elsewhere.

## Use a fictional site

Use a fictional site plan without real access points or patrol routes. Follow a general report through receipt, assignment, communication, and documentation. Show where the client makes a decision and where the service team acts within its agreed role. Avoid implying protection outcomes or response capabilities that the illustration cannot establish.

## What to bring to the brief

Use role descriptions, abstract site illustrations and procedures that have been approved for publication.

Check the example against the service you offer, including any separately agreed work. Review the sequence in simple sketches before choosing the final animation.

## Where the video can help

Use the public version for introductions and proposal discussions. Check whether a new client understands the roles, and remove unnecessary operational detail. A private, site-specific orientation may need its own version so the public explanation never becomes a guide to a customer's security arrangements.
