They rarely know the difference between crown maintenance and removal, or what a visit involves. A tree care explainer video can show both and take the worry out of the appointment. ![Gardening tools and green leaves on a light surface](https://caprivideo.com/content/images/garden_tools.jpg) *Illustrative stock photo: [Mikhail Nilov / Pexels](https://www.pexels.com/photo/garden-tools-and-green-leaves-on-a-white-surface-8543388/). A simple drawing of the tree shows which branches come out and which stay. Include what the customer should prepare, such as clear access and moved cars. ## What to bring to the brief Your list of services, the usual job sequence, preparation notes and approved job photos. Permits and protected seasons vary by location. Say that you clarify them in advance instead of stating general rules. ![Garden planting and a pathway beside a house](https://caprivideo.com/content/images/garden.jpg) *Illustrative stock photo: [Guru _Clics / Pexels](https://www.pexels.com/photo/beautiful-landscape-of-garden-and-a-pathway-near-a-house-12216167/). Whether a tree can be preserved is still decided by the on-site assessment. ## Related reading - [Show customers how your service works](https://caprivideo.com/guides/b2b-explainer-videos) - [What's part of the regular lawn-care visit?](https://caprivideo.com/industries/local-services/lawn-care-explainer-videos) ## Related pages - [Industry group: Local services & trades](https://caprivideo.com/industries/local-services) - [A little more background: Show customers how your service works](https://caprivideo.com/guides/b2b-explainer-videos) - [Make fire safety duties easy to understand](https://caprivideo.com/industries/local-services/fire-protection-explainer-videos): Show building operators what your fire protection service covers, what stays with them and how an inspection visit runs. - [Show what happens when the alarm goes off](https://caprivideo.com/industries/local-services/security-system-explainer-videos): Customers buy security and wonder what happens in an emergency.
