Often all they compare is photos. A wedding planner explainer video shows how working with you runs, and lets them compare more than a price. ![Food arranged on a buffet table](https://caprivideo.com/content/images/catering.jpg) *Illustrative stock photo: [Alejandra Montenegro / Pexels](https://www.pexels.com/photo/food-on-the-buffet-table-18281682/). Explain when the couple needs to decide and what you handle alone. The same structure works for planners, photographers, florists and venues. ## What to bring to the brief How you work with couples, packages and services, deadlines and approved images. Show real couples only with their consent. Drawn characters let every couple picture themselves. ![Professional camera with lens and filming accessories](https://caprivideo.com/content/images/camera.jpg) *Illustrative stock photo: [Caleb Oquendo / Pexels](https://www.pexels.com/photo/professional-camera-setup-for-video-production-34516677/). Ask couples what they want to decide before the next meeting. The personal impression in conversation still counts most. ## Related reading - [Show customers how your service works](https://caprivideo.com/guides/b2b-explainer-videos) - [Show the work behind a successful event](https://caprivideo.com/industries/retail/event-planner-explainer-videos) ## Example: working with a wedding planner, explained Our Flat Figures style example follows a newly engaged couple to Elegant Savannah Weddings: a short intro, a free phone call with the owners, three packages or a custom one, from full planning to help in the last few months, and two professionals who run the wedding day from setup to breakdown.
