Show one information handoff between two roles. Two visual lanes can show who provides information and who receives it in the product. Label entry, review, and confirmed status separately. Connected graphics should not imply compatibility with every external system. ## Prepare a consistent demo Use a demo system, an approved workflow and clear role definitions, with terminology checked by the responsible team. Use fictional demo data and record the screens and product version shown.
