Show clients how a building project unfolds

Follow a sample project from quote to handover so clients know who is on site, what happens in each phase and when they need to decide.

Most clients build once or twice in a lifetime. They want to know when work starts, who coordinates the trades and when they have to choose finishes. A construction company explainer video can answer those questions before they turn into delays on site.

Make the phases visible

Follow a sample project from the quote through structure, interior work and final inspection. In each phase, show who is on site and which decision the client needs to make. A simple timeline is often enough. Mention dates or fixed prices only where they truly apply to the offer you are showing.

What to bring to the brief

Your typical construction sequence, scope of work, contact roles and approved project photos.

Ask your site manager to check the sequence. Anything the film presents as standard should match the wording of your contract.

Where the video can help

Send it after the first meeting and place it on your services page. Ask prospects which decision they expect next. Their answer tells you whether the process is clear. Permits, legal questions and individual planning still belong in a personal conversation.
