How we make your video

Explain your offer. Help customers choose you.

Show how your product or service helps customers. An explainer video makes the value clear and supports the journey from initial interest to an inquiry.

A film from our studio

This is what a finished explainer looks like. Yours starts with your website link.

Create my video

Your product solves a problem. Your service takes work off someone’s hands. Can potential customers see that when they visit your website? An animated explainer video shows what you offer, who it helps and why it matters to them. It gives people a clearer reason to get in touch and helps you turn interest into new business.

From understanding to the next step

Start with a situation your customers recognize, then show how your offer improves it. For software, that might mean an inquiry reaching the right team immediately. For a service, show the work you take care of and what the customer can expect. Turn features and service lists into benefits people can picture.

On your website, the video helps new visitors find their bearings. In a sales conversation, it makes a complex point easier to explain. In a follow-up email, it helps a prospect share your offer with colleagues. End with a useful next step: booking a demo, making an inquiry or choosing a product.

Who is watching?

Someone hearing about your company for the first time needs an introduction. Someone already using your product may need help with a particular task. Decide who you’re talking to so you can give them the detail they need.

For example, imagine a scheduling app. Follow one inquiry as it arrives, gets assigned and becomes the team’s next task. Keeping that thread makes the calendar and dashboard screens easier to understand.

From an idea to a finished film

The script brings the words and images together. What will someone hear, and what will they see at that moment? A storyboard lays out the scenes so the team can check the story before animating it.

To begin, gather a description of your offer, a common customer question and the materials that answer it. Brand files and product images are helpful too. Choose someone who can check the facts and bring the team’s feedback together.

Choose images that help

Illustrations can show who does what. Product photos help people recognize the item. Screens can show how software works. Choose the image that explains the point, and check that it reflects what you actually offer.

Where will people watch it? A homepage, a follow-up email and a help page may need different openings or endings. Pick the main use first, then decide whether another version would help.

Does the story make sense?

Show the draft to someone unfamiliar with the offer. Ask them to explain what it does, how the example works, and what they would do next. If the answers are unclear, revise the story before adding more visual detail.
