Show how a custom cake order comes together
Explain the information you need, design approval and pickup while leaving availability and special requirements to the order discussion.

A custom cake starts with a conversation about the occasion, the design and what's possible. Show customers how that conversation becomes a confirmed order, using the options and approval steps your bakery actually offers.

Follow a cake request
Follow a fictional request through the information your team needs, the proposed design, and the approval step. Show collection only after the example order is confirmed. Ingredient questions and special requirements belong in the real ordering conversation; a decorative cake image cannot establish those details. Label sample designs so customers understand they are examples.
Useful starting material
Bring your product photos, ordering rules and the information staff use when discussing a custom cake.
Ask the staff who handle these inquiries to check the sequence, especially any point where the customer needs to choose or confirm something.

Try it with a first-time customer
Put it beside the custom-order form. Check whether inquiries include enough information to begin a conversation. Ask which parts of the pictured order are confirmed. If every option looks automatically available, change the labels so the film doesn't promise an unverified design, date or product characteristic.
