What's included in a window clean?
Use one illustrated window to explain panes, screens, tracks and the details customers need to request a quote.

Screens too? What about the tracks? Those small questions can change a window-cleaning quote. A short video can show exactly which parts your package covers and help customers describe the work they need.

One window, two service options
Show one window while comparing two service options. Highlight included work in one color and optional work in another, with text labels so color is not the only distinction. Then show how a customer submits useful photos and explains access. Avoid implying that an online estimate settles conditions your team still needs to inspect.
What to bring to the brief
Bring your service packages, example quotes, property photos and the notes your team uses to explain the job.
Check the example against the service you offer, including any separately agreed work. Review the sequence in simple sketches before choosing the final animation.

Where the video can help
Put the video beside the quote form and use it to answer questions about what's included. Ask someone new to the business to point out which parts of the window are covered. If they hesitate, fix the labels. Then check whether incoming requests give your team the surface and access details they need.
