A cleaning contract people can picture
A floor plan can turn cleaning frequencies, extra requests and contact details into something a facilities team can follow.

A cleaning contract may be clear on paper and still leave people wondering who cleans which room. Put the schedule on a simple floor plan, using a representative building so you don't expose a client's private layout.

Walk through the building
Show offices, shared spaces, and restrooms as labeled zones. Introduce the agreed frequency for each zone, then demonstrate a separate request for work outside that schedule. A visible handoff to the correct contact makes the operating relationship clearer than a montage of cleaning equipment. Keep specialty services out of the example unless they belong to the offer being explained.
What to bring to the brief
Start with an anonymized cleaning agreement, a floor plan, the schedule and the process for raising extra requests.
Check the example against the service you offer, including any separately agreed work. Review the sequence in simple sketches before choosing the final animation.

Where the video can help
Share it with proposals and new-client information. Can a facilities contact tell you what's scheduled and how to request an extra task? That answer matters more than the play count. When the agreement changes, update the schedule or service labels so the video still matches the written terms.
