Who acts next in the recruiting software?

Follow a fictional application through the supported stages and distinguish notifications from hiring decisions.

A candidate board shows columns, but it may not show how recruiters and hiring managers work together. Follow one fictional application and make the next person's role clear at each stage.

Stay with the same application

Move a neutral sample profile from receipt to a supported interview-scheduling step. Show confirmed product functions and distinguish an automated notification from a human decision. Avoid implying that a status change proves a real person's suitability. Keep the example consistent so the viewer can follow the same application throughout.

Prepare a consistent demo

Prepare demo screens without real candidate data, the status rules and the roles and features shown in the example.

Use fictional demo data and record the screens and product version shown. Check who acts in each scene and what the screen actually confirms.

Try it before the next demo

Use it before a demo and ask when the hiring manager joins in and how feedback returns to the recruiter. If viewers remember only a quick path to hiring, make those exchanges clearer. The software sequence explains collaboration; it isn't evidence that a hiring outcome will follow.
