Help guests find their way on arrival
A simple map and the correct entrance can answer practical hotel or venue questions before guests travel.

A reservation confirms the booking, but it doesn't always explain which entrance to use. Show one real arrival route, choosing hotel guests or event attendees first so you don't mix directions for different visits.

Follow the guest's route
Start with a simple location map, then move to the correct entrance and the property's confirmed arrival process. Label spaces clearly and keep unnecessary amenities out of the sequence. If a specific event has different access arrangements, give it a separate version rather than adding conflicting directions to the main video.
Useful starting material
Start with current venue photos, maps, booking steps and the details that apply to the guest's package.
Ask the staff who handle these inquiries to check the sequence, especially any point where the customer needs to choose or confirm something.

Try it with a first-time customer
Send it before arrival, with the directions also available as text and a way to ask questions. Have someone unfamiliar with the property describe the route. Front-desk questions can help identify missing details. Update maps and entrances as soon as arrangements change.
