Before the painters arrive

Show customers what preparation includes, who moves what and how to discuss work outside the quote.

Customers can picture a new wall color. They may be less sure about moving furniture, protecting floors or repairing the surface underneath. A short film can explain those details using a real package or a clearly labeled example.

Take one room through the job

Follow one room through preparation, painting, and the final walkthrough. Identify which furniture arrangements require discussion and which tasks the contractor includes. Show an extra request as something to review, not as an automatic part of every job. Avoid promising a universal timetable for when rooms can be used again; that belongs to the actual project information.

What to bring to the brief

Use project photos, material information and the preparation tasks listed in your actual quotes.

Check the example against the service you offer, including any separately agreed work. Review the sequence in simple sketches before choosing the final animation.

Where the video can help

Send it with the quote or preparation message. Ask a viewer who handles each task in the room. If customers still arrive with different expectations about furniture or patching, revise those labels. The film should give both sides a chance to settle questions before the crew arrives.
