Make the catering package clear before the event
Use one event to explain food, delivery, equipment and staffing, including which items need a separate agreement.

Food, delivery, equipment and staff can be included in very different ways. Pick one catering package and one event, such as a company gathering, to show the organizer what your team handles and what they still need to arrange.

Plan one company gathering
Follow the event from inquiry through menu discussion and the agreed delivery or service arrangement. Show equipment handling separately when it is part of the offer. Use visible labels for included and additional items. A fully styled table should not silently imply that staffing, setup, and rentals are included in every package.
Useful starting material
Gather the packages, food images, order process and a clear list of what's included in the service.
Ask the staff who handle these inquiries to check the sequence, especially any point where the customer needs to choose or confirm something.

Try it with a first-time customer
Use it on the catering page and before planning calls. Ask who handles each task and what the organizer would send you first. Keep quantities, ingredient details, schedules and final responsibilities in the proposal. The film gives people a clearer starting point for that discussion.
