Explain what happens to the tree and why

Pruning, deadwood removal or felling: show property owners what your crew does and how the visit runs.

Capri Video · Updated · 1 min read

Most customers only see a branch hanging over the roof. They rarely know the difference between crown maintenance and removal, or what a visit involves. A tree care explainer video can show both and take the worry out of the appointment.

Walk through the job

Follow a sample job from the site visit through cordoning off the area to hauling away the cuttings. A simple drawing of the tree shows which branches come out and which stay. Include what the customer should prepare, such as clear access and moved cars.

What to bring to the brief

Your list of services, the usual job sequence, preparation notes and approved job photos.

Permits and protected seasons vary by location. Say that you clarify them in advance instead of stating general rules.

Where the video can help

Send it with the quote and add it to the relevant service page. Ask customers what they expect on the day. Whether a tree can be preserved is still decided by the on-site assessment.
