Walk through one treatment
Show a sample treatment in steps: skin analysis, preparation, treatment, aftercare. Mention the approximate duration and what clients should avoid beforehand. A drawn depiction is more comfortable here than close-ups. Keep statements about results to what you can support.
What to bring to the brief
Treatment descriptions, durations and prices, and pre- and aftercare notes.
Separate cosmetic treatments clearly from medical services. Anything that needs a medical assessment does not belong in a general film.
Where the video can help
Place it next to each treatment on your website and in the appointment confirmation. Ask clients what they would bring or leave out on the day. Which treatment fits is decided in the skin analysis at the salon.
