Show what happens to a new lead in your CRM
Follow the same fictional contact through intake, assignment and the next supported sales action.

A list of CRM features doesn't show a sales team how a lead moves forward. Follow one fictional inquiry through the product, keeping the contact recognizable as information passes to the person who acts next.

Keep one contact on screen
Show the actual intake path, assignment, and a confirmed follow-up action in the product. Use readable screen details only where they prove what happens. Distinguish a status change from a completed sale; the interface should not imply a business outcome merely because a record moves to another column.
Prepare a consistent demo
Prepare a current demo, the agreed product message, sample user roles and the relevant documentation.
Use fictional demo data and record the screens and product version shown. Check who acts in each scene and what the screen actually confirms.

Try it before the next demo
Use it on the product page or before a live demo. Ask who acts next and what information they need. If someone remembers the buttons but not the process, strengthen the links between scenes. Leave the wider feature set for the detailed demonstration.
