Explain the path from design to construction

Show clients the planning phases, the architect’s role and the points where they make decisions.

Capri Video · Updated · 1 min read

Clients know the result they want. They do not know the way there. What happens between the first sketch and breaking ground, and what am I paying for in each phase? An architecture firm explainer video makes that path clear.

Show the phases as a path

Show the planning of a sample house: brief, design, permit, construction documents, bidding, site supervision. The drawing becomes more detailed in each phase. Mark where the client decides and which consultants join. Jargon turns into a sequence.

What to bring to the brief

Your scope of services, project sequence, sample plans and approved photos of completed projects.

Duration and cost depend on the project and the authority. Do not give general timelines for permits.

Where the video can help

Use it on your services page, in proposals and at project kickoff. Ask clients what they need to decide in the next phase. Fees are still discussed for the specific project.
