Help pet owners understand the device they're buying
Explain a specific setting and compatible accessories while keeping claims tied to what the product actually does.

Example: an assembly manual brought to life
See how a printed manual becomes a sequence customers can follow. Our example shows the Duke Fitness XB30 assembly with counted parts and numbered steps.
A pet device may combine hardware, accessories and an app before its purpose becomes clear. Pick one model and one function to explain. Showing how the device works doesn't establish that it suits every animal's needs.

Connect the setting to the device
Show the control associated with a specific approved setting. Keep component care in a separate module based on the manufacturer's instructions. Identify compatible accessories and distinguish them from included parts. Avoid using an animal's reaction as supposed proof of a health or behavioral outcome.
Start with the right product documents
Use the exact manual, device photos and current app screens, with manufacturer approval.
Record the model and documentation version, and check close-ups against the real product. Have the product specialist review the scenes before animation.

Help people find the right explanation
Use it on the product page and in the matching help section. Ask which function people expect and which accessories they believe are included. Questions about parts or settings can become separate clips. Keep the message grounded in the specific device's functions, rather than implying benefits it hasn't established.
