Select all the files you want to combine at once.
Open standard PDFs or one supported fillable form. Password-protected or digitally signed PDFs, attachments and unsupported document features are not supported. Keep your original file.
How it works
- Choose the PDFs you want to combine.
- Use the page thumbnails to arrange your document.
- Export, preview and download your combined PDF.
Send one document instead of several attachments
Put a cover letter before a report, or collect exported documents into one reading order. All selected files open in the same workspace. Move individual pages earlier or later using their thumbnails, and inspect the joins before exporting.
Common questions
- How do I combine two PDFs into one?
- Choose both PDFs together. They open as pages in the editor. Select a thumbnail and move that page earlier or later as needed. Export the PDF, check the result preview and download it. Your original files remain unchanged.
- How many PDF files can I merge?
- You can combine up to 20 PDFs per run, with a combined input size of 25 MiB and no more than 200 pages in total. Larger documents need to be divided into smaller jobs.
- Why might a PDF be rejected?
- This tool accepts plain PDFs. Files with encryption, digital signatures, interactive forms, annotations, bookmarks, layers, accessibility tags or attachments are rejected. Use a tool that supports those features if you need to preserve them.
