There's more to a flooring quote than the finish
Use a cutaway to explain layers, preparation and the differences customers should discuss when comparing options.

Color and finish are easy to compare. The layers underneath a floor, and the work needed to prepare them, are less obvious. A cutaway of one approved installation can help customers understand what they're being quoted for.

Look beneath the surface
Use a cutaway to label the relevant layers and identify the preparation included in the proposal. Follow it with the point at which site conditions are reviewed and the scope is confirmed. Keep product care in a separate, model-specific video so customers can find that information after installation without replaying a sales introduction.
What to bring to the brief
Gather the product documents, sample floor assemblies, proposals and approved care instructions.
Check the example against the service you offer, including any separately agreed work. Review the sequence in simple sketches before choosing the final animation.

Where the video can help
Use it alongside proposals or in the showroom. Ask a customer how two options differ beyond color and finish. If that's hard to answer, improve the cutaway. Room photography can set the scene, but the technical properties need to come from the documents for the materials being offered.
