Show customers what an HVAC installation involves
Use a building diagram and a project timeline to explain access, responsibilities and any separate maintenance offer.

Choosing equipment is only one part of an HVAC installation. Customers also want to know who will visit, what needs access and how the job will be handed over. A video can answer those questions while leaving property-specific decisions to the assessment.

Map the installation
Use a simplified building diagram to introduce the areas involved. Follow it with a project timeline and clear labels for the customer's and contractor's responsibilities. If the offer includes a maintenance plan, identify its actual scope separately. Do not let the animation imply that every future service call is part of the installation price.
What to bring to the brief
Gather the equipment documents, building diagrams and maintenance-plan terms that match the installation you want to explain.
Check the example against the service you offer, including any separately agreed work. Review the sequence in simple sketches before choosing the final animation.

Where the video can help
Share it before consultations and when preparing an agreed installation. Ask a viewer what happens before equipment is chosen and who confirms access. If a step is unclear, fix the label or transition first. You may not need a longer film or a more detailed drawing of the equipment.
