What's part of the regular lawn-care visit?
Show the areas covered by a recurring plan, its schedule and how customers can request additional work.
Capri Video · Updated · 1 min read
One customer's idea of lawn care may include a lot more than another's. Show what your recurring plan actually covers, using a sample property and a clear distinction between regular visits and extra work.

Put the plan on a property map
Use a property illustration to label the areas included. Add the actual service schedule for the example, then show a customer requesting work outside that agreement. Make confirmation visible before the extra task becomes part of the plan. Major redesign or construction should appear as a separate conversation rather than an implied benefit of routine maintenance.
What to bring to the brief
Bring your maintenance packages, property photos, schedules and the way you handle customer requests.
Check the example against the service you offer, including any separately agreed work. Review the sequence in simple sketches before choosing the final animation.

Where the video can help
Use it to welcome a property owner or introduce a revised plan. Ask how they'd request extra work and what they expect from a regular visit. A calendar can help show the arrangement, provided it doesn't look like a fixed schedule for every property and every set of conditions.
