Help customers plan the move you're quoting for
A sample move can make inventory, access, packing options and each person's responsibilities easier to discuss.

A moving quote depends on more than the distance between two addresses. What's being moved, how the crew can reach it and who packs all matter. Follow one example move to show customers the details your team needs.

Follow one move from the inquiry
Start with inventory information and the origin and destination details your team requests. Show the customer selecting actual service options, then label who handles each agreed task. Packing and additional services should not appear automatically included. Move to the day-of-move sequence only after the example's scope has been confirmed.
What to bring to the brief
Bring your move checklists, quote format, service options and the steps your team uses to coordinate a job.
Check the example against the service you offer, including any separately agreed work. Review the sequence in simple sketches before choosing the final animation.

Where the video can help
Put it beside the quote form and send it when preparing a booked move. Ask, “Which tasks would you still need to arrange yourself?” If answers differ, make the package details clearer. Also check whether inquiries include the inventory and access information your team needs to prepare a useful estimate.
