What happens before a water-heater replacement?
Show homeowners how an inquiry leads to an assessment, a proposal and their decision to go ahead.
Capri Video · Updated · 1 min read
A homeowner asking about a new water heater may not know what the first visit involves. Walk them through your process, including when you'll discuss options and ask for approval. Equipment and installation details still depend on the property.

From the first call to the agreed job
Start with the initial request, then show assessment, discussion of options, scope confirmation, scheduling, and handoff. Give the homeowner a visible role at the approval step. Use equipment imagery to orient the viewer, while leaving technical selection to the actual assessment. A general service agreement belongs in a separate explanation because it answers a different buying question.
What to bring to the brief
Use your proposal format, equipment images and service terms to show how a replacement job moves through the team.
Check the example against the service you offer, including any separately agreed work. Review the sequence in simple sketches before choosing the final animation.

Where the video can help
Put it near the replacement inquiry form. Before publishing, ask someone unfamiliar with the business when the homeowner gives permission for the work. If they think the assessment is already a commitment, revise that scene. Questions arriving at the office can also reveal missing preparation details.
