Show how working with a coach actually runs

Explain who your coaching is for, how a session works and what clients contribute themselves.

Capri Video · Updated · 1 min read

Coaching is a broad word. Prospects often do not know what happens in a session or whether the offer fits their question. A coaching explainer video shows the process and helps the right people get in touch.

Make the process concrete

Show a sample person with a recognizable starting point, such as moving into a first leadership role. Follow them through the intro call, goal setting, sessions and wrap-up. Explain what happens between sessions. Describe the outcome as a working path, not a guarantee.

What to bring to the brief

Your audience, program structure and scope, typical concerns and how you work.

Testimonials need the client’s consent. Draw a clear line between coaching and therapy and do not promise specific results.

Where the video can help

Use it on your homepage and before the free intro call. Ask prospects which concern they would bring. Whether it is a fit is decided in the first conversation.
