Help sellers understand working with your brokerage
A fictional listing journey can explain preparation, owner decisions and inquiry handling without promising a sale price or date.

A seller may want to understand how you'll work together before discussing the property itself. Follow a fictional listing through your process, showing where the owner makes decisions. Keep price and completion promises out of the example.

Walk through a sample listing
Start with gathering property information, then show the agreed presentation approach and handling of inquiries. Give the owner's decisions clear visual markers. If your business also promotes developments, keep concept animation separate and label proposed spaces accurately. A planned building should not be presented as completed work.
Prepare the example
Bring your process, approved plans and property images you have permission to use.
Have the responsible specialist review the words and pictures together. Even a check mark can imply a decision that has not been made.

Check it with someone new to the service
Use it on the seller-service page. Ask what an owner would prepare for the first conversation and where they'd be involved later. If they remember only a promise of a successful sale, show the steps more clearly. Property-specific recommendations and transaction details still need their own discussion.
