Show a working day in practice-management software
An appointment can connect booking, staff roles and administrative tasks without turning the demonstration into a clinical claim.

A practice team evaluating software wants to recognize its own daily work. Follow a fictional appointment through the product's administrative steps, making clear which tasks belong to the front desk and which belong to someone else.

Stay with one appointment
Show booking, assignment, and the product's actual completion steps for the example. Use entirely fictional data and label staff roles clearly. Distinguish front-desk actions from actions performed by another team member. The interface demonstration should not imply clinical outcomes or capabilities that the displayed workflow does not establish.
Prepare a consistent demo
Prepare demo screens without patient data, alongside the staff roles, working process and agreed terminology.
Use fictional demo data and record the screens and product version shown. Check who acts in each scene and what the screen actually confirms.

Try it before the next demo
Put it on the relevant product page. Ask a staff member which part of the appointment task they'd handle. Their answer can reveal unclear permissions or a confusing screen change. The example should prepare them for a deeper demo about the practice's requirements, without pretending to cover every working day.
