Convert JPG and PNG images to one PDF
Put JPG and PNG images into a PDF in the right order. Learn the file limits, orientation checks and difference between conversion and compression.

You have three photographs of receipts and need to send one attachment. CapriVideo's Images to PDF tool puts JPEG and PNG files into a single PDF, with one image on each page. You choose the order, create the document in your browser, and download it. The files stay on your device during processing, and no account is required.
Prepare the images first
Open each image before adding it. Check that the photograph is upright, the edges contain everything you need, and the smallest writing can be read. A converter can place an image on a page, but it cannot recover a missing receipt number or sharpen text that was already out of focus.
This tool accepts JPEG, including the .jpg and .jpeg extensions, and PNG. It does not accept HEIC, WebP or animated images. Export those files to an ordinary JPEG or PNG in an image editor first. Renaming a filename from .heic to .jpg does not convert its contents.
Make your PDF in four steps
- Open Images to PDF and select your JPEG or PNG images. You can also drop them into the file area.
- Check the page thumbnails in the editor. Each image has become a separate page, keeping its proportions. Select a page and move it earlier or later; delete any duplicate you do not need.
- Inspect the pages and choose Export PDF. You can also add a short text note in the same workspace before exporting.
- Review the result, then choose Download PDF. Open that downloaded file before attaching it to an email or uploading it elsewhere.
For a receipt set, put the purchase receipt first, followed by the delivery note and reimbursement explanation. The output follows the order in the tool, so inspect the thumbnails rather than relying on the order of selection in your operating system.
Understand the size limits
A run accepts up to 20 images and 25 MiB of input files combined. It also has a separate limit of 20 megapixels across all selected images. A 4,000 × 3,000 photo contains 12 megapixels; two such photographs total 24 megapixels and exceed that limit even if their compressed file sizes are small.
If you hit the pixel limit, resize copies in an image editor before trying again. Check text after resizing. Selecting fewer files is another option when the recipient accepts several documents. The converter is not a target-size compressor: it has no setting that guarantees a PDF under 1 MB or 100 KB. See the PDF file-size guide when an upload limit is your main problem.
Troubleshoot rotation and missing text search
Some photographs store orientation as metadata rather than rotating the actual image pixels. CapriVideo rejects unsupported orientation metadata. Open the image in an editor, apply the intended rotation, and export a new copy with that orientation applied. If a page in the workspace simply needs a quarter-turn, select its thumbnail and rotate it before exporting. The Rotate PDF tool provides the same controls for supported PDFs you already have.
Text photographed inside an image remains part of that image. This conversion does not perform OCR or create searchable text. If you need search, copy-and-paste or an accessible text document, use an OCR workflow and check its recognition results. Keep your source images until you have confirmed the PDF contains the correct pages in the correct order.
