Show the work behind a successful event
Concept, planning, delivery: show clients what your team handles and when they need to make decisions.

Example: sizing and setting up an event tent, explained
Our Assembly Guide style example follows Chattanooga Tent and Event Solutions through five steps to the right tent for 100 guests: the square footage, the four tent types, the ground and how the tent is anchored, a plan drawn in CAD and 3D, and installation by a trained crew a day or two before the event.
Clients see a successful evening at the end. They do not see the months before it, which is where your work lies. An event planner explainer video shows what happens between inquiry and event and what your fee covers.

Show the work before the day
Follow a sample event along a timeline: briefing, concept, venue, vendors, run sheet, delivery, wrap-up. Mark the points where the client signs off. They understand the scope and know when you need something from them.
What to bring to the brief
Project phases, service packages, typical approvals and approved images from past events.
Show client events only with their consent. A neutral example works just as well and ages more slowly.

Where the video can help
Use it in proposals, on your services page and at project kickoff. Ask clients which decision comes next for them. Budget and details still belong in the concept meeting.
