Make a first gym visit feel more familiar

Show booking, arrival and the support included in a particular membership or trial appointment.

Capri Video · Updated · 1 min read

Someone can like the look of your gym and still feel unsure about walking through the door. Show them where to go, whom to check in with and what the first visit includes. Keep the welcome separate from fitness-result promises.

Walk through the first appointment

Follow a sample introduction or trial appointment. Show the entrance, the person to check in with, and the next step in that specific visit. Identify separately booked services clearly. Keep exercise instruction outside this general orientation so the film does not imply that one routine suits every viewer.

Useful starting material

Use your membership or trial plans, booking screens, studio images and approved program descriptions.

Ask the staff who handle these inquiries to check the sequence, especially any point where the customer needs to choose or confirm something.

Try it with a first-time customer

Send it with the appointment confirmation and add it to the new-member page. Ask a first-time viewer where they'd go and what help they'd expect. If they assume personal coaching comes with a different membership, fix the labels. Individual goals and program choices still belong in a staff conversation.
