Make the handoff between hospital teams visible

Use fictional data and two roles to explain who enters information, who reviews it and what the status confirms.

Capri Video · Updated · 1 min read

A hospital team may know its own screen well and still be unsure what the next team sees. Show one information handoff between two roles. That is easier to follow than a rushed tour of the whole clinical system.

Give each team a lane

Choose one confirmed handoff and use fictional data throughout. Two visual lanes can show who provides information and who receives it in the product. Label entry, review, and confirmed status separately. Connected graphics should not imply compatibility with every external system.

Prepare a consistent demo

Use a demo system, an approved workflow and clear role definitions, with terminology checked by the responsible team.

Use fictional demo data and record the screens and product version shown. Check who acts in each scene and what the screen actually confirms.

Try it before the next demo

Use it to introduce a module or prepare for a demonstration aimed at one team. Ask when responsibility changes and what information goes with it. Revise that transition if needed. Keep clinical, security and compliance claims out unless they're separately supported; the example shows the work between roles.
