Show how a dispatched job reaches the technician

Connect the office and mobile views using the same job, including how updates return to the team.

What does the technician see when the office assigns a job? A field-service software video can answer that by following one job across both views. Keep its identifier visible so viewers can connect each update with the same work.

Take the job from office to mobile

Begin with dispatch, then move to the product's actual mobile interface and a confirmed update back to the office. Show which information the technician enters and what becomes visible to office staff. Depict synchronization, offline behavior, or automatic actions only when they are supported in the demonstrated setup.

Prepare a consistent demo

Bring the current web and mobile screens, the confirmed user roles and a fictional job to follow.

Use fictional demo data and record the screens and product version shown. Check who acts in each scene and what the screen actually confirms.

Try it before the next demo

Show it before a demo for the intended trade or service business. Ask who enters the information and when the office sees the update. An animated line between devices can't answer that by itself. Make the timing clear enough for buyers to discuss their own dispatch and field work.
