How it works
- Choose your PDF.
- Select the page checkboxes and choose Keep selected pages.
- Download those pages as a new PDF.
Keep one chapter or a useful set of pages
Take pages 2–5 from a report, or collect pages 1, 4 and 7 into a shorter document. Mark their checkboxes in the page sidebar, then choose Keep selected pages. Check the remaining pages before exporting the excerpt.
Common questions
- How do I extract a range of PDF pages?
- Open your PDF and mark the checkbox beside each page you want to keep, for example pages 2 through 5. Choose Keep selected pages, check the remaining thumbnails and export. Undo restores your previous selection of pages if you make a mistake.
- Can I save every page as a separate PDF?
- Each run creates one PDF containing your selected pages. To save separate PDFs, repeat the process with a different selection each time. This tool does not create a ZIP of individual pages.
- Can I use page extraction to remove confidential information?
- Page extraction is not secure redaction. PDFs can contain information beyond what is visible on a page. The tool rejects some selections with shared page resources; use a dedicated redaction workflow for confidential content.
