How it works

  1. Choose your PDF.
  2. Choose Watermark, enter your text, then click the page to place it. Repeat on other pages as needed.
  3. Download the PDF with your watermark.

Good to know

Supported fillable forms keep their fields. A watermark is a visible label. It does not prevent copying, restrict access or securely remove underlying content.

Your original file stays unchanged. Check your downloaded result before sharing it.

Make a draft easy to recognize

Before sharing a document for feedback, label its pages Draft so readers can recognize the review copy. Use the preview to check that the text is visible without making the page difficult to read.

Common questions

Which pages receive the watermark?
A watermark appears only on the page where you place it. Select each additional page and click to add its watermark. There is no apply-to-all action; check every page you want to label before exporting.
Can I use my logo as a watermark?
This tool adds text watermarks only. You can choose the wording, position and text size. Image or logo watermarks are not available.
Does a watermark protect the PDF from copying?
A watermark is a visible label. It does not encrypt the file, limit access or prevent copying. It also does not remove information beneath the watermark.
