Show where the shipment goes

Show shippers how booking, pickup, transport and delivery work and where they can track their freight.

Capri Video · Updated · 1 min read

To a shipper, a freight company is often just a price per pallet. They do not see what happens behind it. A freight company explainer video shows the path of a shipment and turns reliability into something visible.

Follow one shipment

Follow a sample shipment: booking, pickup, cross-dock, line haul, delivery, proof of delivery. A map with stations makes the route easy to follow. Show where the customer sees the status and whom to reach if something changes. Special services such as hazardous goods or cold chain get their own section.

What to bring to the brief

Process description, service overview, tracking screens and contacts.

Transit times apply only to specific lanes. Give them as an example or leave them out.

Where the video can help

Use it in quotes, on your services page and when training new drivers and dispatchers. Ask customers where they find their shipment status. Liability and terms are in the contract.
